- Log into Magica at https://magica.com/sign-in.
- Open the left sidebar and click Manage Billing, or go directly to Billing settings.
- Stripe portal will open, allowing you to cancel or switch plans.
- Go directly to Stripe’s billing portal (https://try.magica.com/stripe) and enter the same email you used for your the payment. You will then be able to manage or cancel your plan through Stripe without logging in to Magica.
- If you don’t see the Manage Billing button, ensure you’re logged into the correct Magica account.
- Contact support if you run into any errors or can’t locate your subscription details.
- Keep in mind that canceling will immediately remove your lifetime discount (if applicable) and delete all your data (chat history, media generations, saved prompts, etc.).
