You can cancel your subscription anytime in just a few steps: 💻 If You Subscribed via Website:
  1. Log into Magica at https://magica.com/sign-in.
  2. Open the left sidebar and click Manage Billing, or go directly to Billing settings.
  3. Stripe portal will open, allowing you to cancel or switch plans.
If you’re unable to log in 📱 If You Subscribed via App Store or Play Store: Cancellations must be done directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot cancel or manage mobile app subscriptions through Stripe or Magica’s web platform. Troubleshooting & Tips
  • If you don’t see the Manage Billing button, ensure you’re logged into the correct Magica account.
  • Contact support if you run into any errors or can’t locate your subscription details.
  • Keep in mind that canceling will immediately remove your lifetime discount (if applicable) and delete all your data (chat history, media generations, saved prompts, etc.).
