You can cancel your subscription anytime in just a few steps: 💻 If You Subscribed via Website:

1. Log into Magica at https://magica.com/sign-in.
2. Open the left sidebar and click “Manage Billing.”
3. Stripe portal will open, allowing you to cancel or switch plans.

If you’re unable to log in

• Go directly to Stripe’s billing portal (https://try.magica.com/stripe) and enter the same email you used for your the payment. You will then be able to manage or cancel your plan through Stripe without logging in to Magica.

📱 If You Subscribed via App Store or Play Store: Cancellations must be done directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot cancel or manage mobile app subscriptions through Stripe or Magica’s web platform. Troubleshooting & Tips

• If you don’t see the Manage Billing button, ensure you’re logged into the correct Magica account.
• Contact support if you run into any errors or can’t locate your subscription details.
• Keep in mind that canceling will immediately remove your lifetime discount (if applicable) and delete all your data (chat history, media generations, saved prompts, etc.).
