# A tool used millions of credits but didn't produce any output

If a generation failed completely (no output was produced), credits are automatically refunded within 24–48 business hours. Verify refunded credits here: [magica.com/usage?show=credited](https://magica.com/usage?show=credited)

If a generation completed but the output wasn't as expected, credits are not refundable as per our policy.
