# My payment is being declined by Stripe

Unfortunately, we don't have control over Stripe's denials. As a workaround, please try subscribing through the Magica mobile app:

* Android App: [go.magica.com/android](https://go.magica.com/android)

Once subscribed, you can use the same account on the web and everything will sync.
