# I subscribed but credits or subscription aren't showing

This usually happens when the account was created under a different email than the one used for payment.

1. Search your inbox for an email from **[humans@mail.magica.com](mailto:humans@mail.magica.com)** — that includes your correct plan details
2. Sign out and log back in using that exact email
