# How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in just a few steps:

**💻 If You Subscribed via Website:**

1. **Log into Magica** at [https://magica.com/sign-in](https://magica.com/sign-in).
2. **Open the left sidebar** and click **Manage Billing**, or go directly to [Billing settings](https://magica.com/app/chat?settings=billing).
3. **Stripe portal** will open, allowing you to cancel or switch plans.

**If you’re unable to log in**

* Go directly to [Stripe’s billing portal](https://try.magica.com/stripe) ([https://try.magica.com/stripe](https://try.magica.com/stripe)) and enter the **same email** you used for your the payment. You will then be able to manage or cancel your plan through Stripe without logging in to Magica.

**📱 If You Subscribed via App Store or Play Store:**

Cancellations must be done directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We cannot cancel or manage mobile app subscriptions through Stripe or Magica’s web platform.

**Troubleshooting & Tips**

* If you don’t see the **Manage Billing** button, ensure you’re logged into the correct Magica account.
* [Contact support](https://magica.com/support) if you run into any errors or can’t locate your subscription details.
* Keep in mind that canceling will immediately remove your lifetime discount (if applicable) and delete all your data (chat history, media generations, saved prompts, etc.).
